ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, holidays, product launches, or promotional events.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available).
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping on eligible orders.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
If tracking is available, you will receive tracking details via email after your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking information to update.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Odyssey Streetwear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you need assistance, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement if the package is lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order.
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
We process orders quickly; therefore, changes or cancellations may only be possible if requested before the order has been processed.
Once an order has entered production or shipment, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
